ⓘ Shadow cabinet Cabinet formé par le chef de l'opposition au Royaume-Uni. Il nomme des députés qui interviennent à la Chambre des communes sur les questions qui concernent leur domaine et qui assumeraient les fonctions de ministre si leur parti arrivait au pouvoir. Les différents postes des membres du cabinet ‘fantôme’ sont calqués sur ceux qui sont occupés par les ministres du gouvernement en exercice.
